Does anyone out there know anything about installing phpbb2, not using fantastico (wish i had it, would be less of a pain ), im having trouble says

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database

ive created the databse, and ive typed in the database's name in all ways possible with prefix, without and etc :???:


any help would be greatly appriciated
