how do you merge templates to forums?

or just request a forum skin over here!!! OR go to many other skinning forums.....you should learn website template CSS, php, and u should also learn the forum type skinning like VB skinning/css, IPB 1.3 skinning/css or ipb 2.0 skinning, depending on which type of forum u have

ANOTHER Suggestion is google "free portal systems" or "free portal software" and ull find sum good stuff and along with that most portal systems have sum info about their themes and styles on their main site.....so just GOOGLE
