Ok I now Have Photoshop cs so Im going to try it out and put paint shop pro to the side for a while.
I was just wondering how do you make backgrounds? Like these:Click Here Click Here Click here |

You'll need brushes to make those types of backgrounds

You can find them anywhere, I have a few on XWF...you can find some on devination(sorry for sp) any Offical PS Sites have a few.

You will need brushes, know how to use layers, layer effects and mix all photoshop effects to achieve what you want.
Spoono.com offers many brushers to download, you can try searching for them in google too. Have a good time with PhotoShop CS! |

You can make your background using photoshop or paint shop pro.
