Very good hosting, they don't support all plugins, but it's free (shop will come when they release the V2.0) The forums are IPB 1.3 Final but they are updrading it to 2.0. Hope you like it, the sites can be kinda good, just look at IFSZ.net (click on Forum).

I know its a old topic but a small note needs to be added.

NOTE: IF isn't upgrading to IPB 2.0.X, The Owner is scripting a new system based on IPB 1.3

Notice it is Invisionfree. You get what you pay for and you dont pay for anything. Invisionfree is great in my opinion.

I think 2.0 Version won't come out, because InvisionFree is not crazy to pay $100+ Per Board, since IPB 2.0s aren't free.
