Well if you pay to do that, you also gain access to IPB membership.
That way you can acually get support/help at the official IPB forums.

The best Hosting is VH but for VH u need to have already made and uped website and u must proof them that u'll be active!!
I have my sites there the server is 99% up and there are soo many features i think its the best!

If your talking about the layout, its temporary till I get time to make mine. Also its a free template for download. I own s2kclub, so dont go knocking it. You are a PIF. s2kclub opened not long ago so it gots lots of work before it will be officially opened, but I am currently hosting about 10 friends. Three of them growing rapidly, one of which getting around 700 posts a day.
