and i nee dto know were to go to get a free hosting, i went to freewebs and Romanos said that wasn't professinal so....

What kind of bussines are you gonna do?

Its more proffesionnal if you get your own host but that costs money.

My thought with freewebs.com is that the owner simply can't make a good website with HTML or that they aren't good at it if i see what they have uploaded.

After doing some searches on google i found this.

It doesn't costs a lot of money.

If you know the average month has 30 days 7$ a month thats 30 cent a day for 3000 MB of diskspace 50 GB of bandwidth.
