1. Click on File -> New -> Chose a size -> Ok
2. Chose the Flood Fill Tool (F) and add a background.  3. Go to Effects -> 3D Effects -> Inner Bevel. 4. Chose the following options and then Click OK.  5. Go to Effects -> Effect Browser -> Effects -> Reflection Effect -> Feedback -> Stagger Center. Now you must have something like this:  You can also use Gradients and Patterns. Made with Gradient:
