Before submitting / promoting your site in search engines or surf programs, be sure to test your website in content, but mainly how long it takes to load.
To add your website to manual/auto surfs, it's required your website loads fast, specially in autosurf programs (10-30 seconds). You will get more visitors if your site loads fast, otherwise your visitor will leave your site.
