Definetely, Pop-ups are a really good tool for advertising... but sometimes aren't because of Pop-ups blockers. Some sites send you about 10 popup windows at the same time, and I understand, sometimes are so annoying.
Great you can use these resources.

Firefox really does a good job at blocking these . Anyway these are great sites with a lot of options. Good find!

My question is that how could I change a popup banner img? To clarify my friend has a freehosted site at .tk and he want to change the ".tk" banner to another banner or image. It is possible ? I`m waiting for your opinion. Bye and thanks

Try logging into the client side, they used to have an option where you can turn the popup off. I dont know if they took down that offer or not but you can try.
