Default New to adsense

I would like to display google ads that are based on the search terms
entered on the form (ca personal injury attorney) but without the
google search box. The following site is doing it successfully:
www.SimplyHired.com

How can I accomplish this?

2 solutions:
-You put your adsense code where you want to see ads... duh in this
case in the search results page (depending on which search technology
you are using, this could be in a template provided by your search)

-If you look at the html code of simplyhired, it doesn't look like your
regular copy-paste Adsense code, so most likely they have made special
arrangements with Adsense.

I understand the first point, and that is what I have done with the
content search code. HOwever, is there a way to pass search parameters
entered on my search page and to google's ad script so it displays
relevant ads. You can see the search page at:

I think that the relevance of the ads in insite Google SERP has
less to do with search parameters inputed than to the relevance of the
search itself and the keywords used against the inventory of ads ready
to run. I run the search on my site configured to search only insite,
since it´s a very focused web site
http://copacabana.com

I can achieve a very good results both with the SERP ads relevance and
in the results also without any pain. Ads on search means near of 10%
of adsense profits.
