Either way, you should just alert Google since you're in a potential
chance of losing your account. You should be amazed how Google is
protecting publisher's interest by banning them immediately instead of
implementing technology to filter them. This is thanks to the heavy
lawsuits posted by Advertiser against clickfraud during 2004-2005
period. Should publisher start suing too to regain Google's interest
and to implement such filtering featuers which are offered by many
other Contextual Advertising company?
