Invision Power Board Skin

I am looking for a Invision Power Board SKin to have the same look and feel across the web site for our World of Warcraft Guild. I will provide a image for the skin, and the skin has to include the image and the look and feel must be similar to the image color etc.

The red flag is the same color as our guild Tabard, so would be nice to see that color in the skin here and there.

We are using Invision Power Board v2.1.5, running on MYSQL (4.1.18-standard) and PHP v4.4.2. I am expecting the end result work to be importable into Invision Power Board v2.1.5 using xml.

The Skin must contain normal IPB links along with links for the following components...
Invision Gallery v2.0.5
Invision Community Blog v1.2.0
FlashChat Online List v3.1.2

The Main page will be the IPB Portal page. Additional information:

I forgot to mention, that the custom skin must extend to the FlashChat Online List v3.1.2 installed on the server, it is currently integrated into the IPB forum.
