You can think of our fully managed servers as a big shared or reseller account, but just for you and your customers or web sites. We take care of proactive software updates, proactive monitoring, backups and restores (daily incremental, full weekly), redundant DNS service, on-host firewall management, etc.

Also, we provide you with root access, but you may never need to use it, since we can do anything for you. Do you need to install specific software that requires root access? Just call us or open a support ticket, provide us with the dowload link and we'll do it for you!
