Go to ACP -> Users and Groups -> Manage User Groups -> Edit Usergroup

Find:

Code:

Online List Format [Prefix]
(Can be left blank)
(Example:<span style='color:red'>)

Add:
For Bold Color:

Quote:

<span style='color:COLOR; font-weight:bold'>

For Italic Color:

Quote:

<span style='color:COLOR; font-weight:italic'>

For normal Color:

Quote:

<span style='color:COLOR'>

For Line-Through Color:

Quote:

<span style="color : COLOR; text-decoration : line-through;">

Then Find:

Code:

Online List Format [Suffix]
(Can be left blank)
(Example:</span>)[/color]

Add: 
[code]</span>

Scroll down and press Complete Edit.

Maybe. But you have to work out the css for it and use <div> tags.
