No, its not copyright. On the top of ur browser it says: Site Name(Powered by Invision Board). Thats what ur removing/. The copyright is still on the bottom.

Yeah i really wouldnt suggest removing that without written permission as you may have your forum shut down. And maybe come out with a nice little fine

If you look into the code, the 'Powered by...'-tag removes itself if you buy the copyright removal license. Therefore, I don't think IPS will appreciate it very much if you remove it yourself.

For many yes it does..you can have a custom name up there if wanted.
