Adding Moderators

Alright, in these easy steps you should get yourself a Mod:

First You Will Need to Make a Permission Mask

1. Log into AdminCp
2. Click on Forum Contorl
3. Click on Permission Mask
4. It will say "Create a new permission mask" and In "Permission Mask Name" box you put in Moderators
5. On the bottom box it says "Inherit forum permission mask from..." box put it as Do Not Inherit.
6. Click On Create and choose whatever forums you want your Mod to View, Post, etc.
7. Click On Done, and your finished making your Mod Mask.


Setting up the Group: Moderators

1. Log into AdminCp
2. Click on Users and Groups
3. Find Manage User Groups and click on that
4. At the bottom you see something called "Base new group on..." put that as member for now.
5.Click on Set Up Group
6. Group Title: Call it Global Moderator(Or What ever you want ot call your Mods)
7. After that, there will be this Use Forum Permission Access... Find Moderator Mask, and click on that.
8. Group Icon, if you have one, go ahead and add it. It can be omitted
9. POST: Max upload file size (in KB) How much can the Mod Upload. I put 0
10. It will then ask you Online List Prefix, which means what color do you want the User group to show up. The correct code for this is

11. You will then see something that says Online List Format [Suffix] and for that just put in

12. Just fill out the rest..


How to Add A Member to Mod Group

1. Log into AdminCp
2. Click on Users and Groups
3. Click on Find/Edit/Suspend User
4. Enter part or all of the usersname that part, add the persons name
5. Then the persons name should show up, click on Edit Details
6. For Member Group put in Moderator
7. For Override group forum permission mask with... put in Mod Mask
8. Repeat if wanted more
