I like the forum. Looks like you got it going pretty well. :-)
How long has it been running? Are you making any income with it? If so
how are you making money: from ads, membership, etc..? What is the traffic like?

How about the image hosting site? Is it making any money? How many users do you have with email addresses? Any traffic stats?

These are questions that will help us give you an estimate.

Well, with the amount of activety and members you have in the forum I would think you may get an offer for mid xxx. If you get some income from links, adsense, etc and you get more members that could go up quickly. Usually people are looking for income per month times anywhere from 6 to 18 months depending on the kind of site.

The free image hosting might get you low xxx, if that. I don't know how many members you have there, if any. You should try to get the visitors to become a members somehow. Get their email address and then the site will be worth more. Plus again, if it makes an income it will be worth more of course.
