Well i have no clue what the first one looks like but the second one is kind of basic.. I mean you could have taken an animated sig and just slapped a pic and text on it.. probably not your best work! I have seen better from you!

Nice banner! I like the animation at the background of Neo. The only problem I see is the fact that it may load up very slowly for users with slow internet connection.
