Wow really nice for being your first try.
When I first tried to make a design with photoshop was horrible... my design didn't seem banner as I wanted. Yours do. Congratulations!! I should suggest you use different type of fonts to make the title showy, more than site description you also added in the banner. |

Not bad for your first try. I suggest that you include a movie graphic of some sort and change the font.
