Hello everybody.
I`m triing to make a Trivia Script. What is your opinion which is the best way to start it,i mean in which program language i have to write it? Thanks for all. I`m waiting for your response.

Do you php, cause i think most prefer php for writing scripts , perl scripts are not much liked.

Thanks. But what do you think about Java it is a solution for making a Trivia Script or I have to read 100s of tutorials for writing it in PHP?

To be Frank i close any site that has java enabled , so i hate sites with java on it so there might be few more like me out there. So its upto you whatever floats your boat

Yes probably you`re right. My opinion is that Java is more easier than PHP probably because I`m a Java coder and I have someone who is making my PHP jobs

Hehe Java is on vBulletin, and I know you use vBulletin sites

I don't know much abotu Java but you can easily find a free PHP script that will do what you want.

There are thousands of tutorials on how to code these scripts in PHP too

Use the easier way for you. If you know how to use PHP scripting, then make your script with it, if JavaScript is easier for you, then use Java.
But if you want my opinion, I could prefer PHP, is easier to write it for me.

If you don't to know to use any of both, then search in google for good tutorials, or already made trivia scripts.
Don't make it difficult for yourself.

I dont think java is here on these forums else i would see the annoying java window which almost certainly sometimes crashes my poor p3 system.

Thanks guys i will try to do it in PHP . You know I wish to generate an easy script and I want to build in a beckoning design. I was looking through some tutorials and I find some free PHP trivia scripts however I want to code it myself because transcribing is not my style
