How Do U Get That Navigation Bar?

Could some one please tell me how to get that navigation bar with: News etc on start where u can press:
· Forums
· Online Users
· IBStore
· Overall Top Posters
· Today's Top Posters
· Moderation Team, ETC

Would be awesome if some one could tell me how to do this, thanks alot

System Settings -> IPDynamic Lite Set-up -> Site Navigation Menu Links

Add:

url [Title]

thanks, but when i turn the "navi" bar on, how can i add news there? ^_^

For news you need to add a new portal, We have Adding Portal Faq in how to's section

Can you just give me the exact code beacuse i dident understand how to and where to put it, i tryed many plazez, it just showed up on the navi bar, please help me :P

ACP -> Skins & Templates -> HTML Templates -> Manage HTML -> IP Dynamic Lite -> MAIN TEMPLATE -> Edit Single

i know that, but when i put it under something there, the news just come on the navi bar not on the middel :???: HELP :blink:
