Useful web 2.0 tool

I am a regular user of a web directory-plus-forum. I do often visit that site coz I like the concept. Few days back they released a tool named web 2.0 . They are offering this tool for free. It can be used by anyone who wants an easy access for social bookmarking on their blog/site consuming the minimum space. And it saves your time too.
