I need some advice please guys

I just checked my stats and it appears that somebody has clicked on my
ads 7 times in the space of a few minutes from the same IP address.
Does this sound like click fraud to you. I wasn't sure so I have banned
their IP address from my server.

Am I over-reacting or was I correct to do this?

Also, should I write to google to advise on this?

Reallt would appreciate your help
