You can script Mozilla on the server. A little slow but it gets the job
done. Probably not practical if every user needs a unique new PDF and
you will have a lot of users, but if you will be reusing them then it's
only slow the first time through.
Of course you CAN do this with PDFlib but it will be a lot of
programming.
