Yes, Tim is right, you shoud blend the ads because if the visitor
is interested, he will jump over the idea of ignoring the ads.
People are instinctively ignoring the ad block because they don't like them.
If you give them a reason to click, for example, blending them into the design, that would be a lot easier to determine have them click: they will see that as informative, and they click on it to learn more.
