1. Open MS Paint.
2. Make a new image.

3. Make a 2 Diagonal Lines at the end. Make sure that Line Start and End touch the edges.
4. Copy and keep pasting so you will have the same lines with the same space.
5. Copy and paste on Paint Shop Pro 9.
6. Chose a gradient and color the gradient. Follow this pattern: Color1 - Blank - Color1 - Blank - Color1 -Blank

7. Now fill the blank spaces with different color.
