1. Click On: File -> New, and chose a size for your image.
2. Click On: Ellipse -> Draw Circle, and draw a circle.
It should look like this:
3. Paste Images and Textx that you want to be in your coin on the curcle.
Here's one with a Butterfly and a Text:
4. Click On: Effects -> Texture Effects -> Emboss
And you're done! Next Chose a good background color or make it transparent.
